Hello everyone!

If you'd like a pair of custom, hand painted shoes by me, all you have to do is fill the info below out and send it to aleo126100@hotmail.com:

`SHOE SIZE
`TYPE OF SHOE YOU'D LIKE (Vans slip ons, flats, or pumps/wedges)
`IDEAS (A list of ideas for your shoes. I'll do the designing.)

Once I get your email I'll add you to my list, and when I'm ready for your order I'll notify you, and I'll ask that you send me the total amount of the shoes and shipping through Paypal (Paypal is a secure way to send money). If you are sending me your shoes, payment is expected after the shoes are completed.
I'll email you when your shoes are finished and ready to be shipped. I usually ship the same day.

Note: Expect normal wear with the shoes. After painting them, I seal the shoes so that the paint is permanent and shoes are water resistant. The paint should last for a VERY long time, and if you need to wash them DO NOT throw them in the washing machine.. you can clean/wash them gently in the sink.

**Shipping is $12.50 to Canada and $15.00 to the US.
For international shipping prices please email me for a shipping quote.**

You can send me your own shoes to paint on too! I charge $45 for the artwork, plus shipping.
